Shoulder: Measure across the back of the shirt from one shoulder seam to the other, at the outermost edge of the shoulder area.

Length: Measure from the highest point of the shoulder (near the collar) straight down to the hem of the shirt.

Sleeve: Measure from the shoulder seam (where the sleeve attaches to the body) down to the end of the sleeve.
