How to Measure:

Bust: Lay the shirt flat and measure across the chest, from armpit to armpit, about 1 inch below the armhole. Double this measurement to get the full bust circumference. Tip: Smooth out any wrinkles for accuracy.

Length: Measure from the highest point of the shoulder (near the collar) straight down to the hem.

Sleeve: Measure from the shoulder seam (where the sleeve attaches to the body) down to the end of the sleeve cuff.
