Every product we make is created one at a time, customized with your text and designed specifically for you. Because each order is uniquely made, all sales are considered final. This means:
– Items cannot be returned or exchanged for reasons unrelated to quality
– Orders cannot be canceled once 12 hours have passed
– Refunds are not issued unless the order falls under the conditions of our guarantee
Still, your experience truly matters to us. If your order arrives with any issues at all, we’re here to take care of you. Our guarantee covers situations such as:
– Damage or defects
– Printing errors
– Receiving the wrong item
– Packages that are lost or never delivered

Fit & Sizing Issues
If your item doesn't fit the way you expected, we’re happy to assist with a one-time size exchange so you can get the right fit.
Exchanges include a simple processing step, and once you contact us, our team will guide you through everything. We aim to keep the process smooth, straightforward, and provide a fast replacement so you can enjoy your item as soon as possible.
To begin an exchange, please reach out to support@proseprint.com within 60 days of delivery. Include your order number, a brief description of the sizing issue, and photos if available. Our team will review your request and follow up promptly with the next steps.
